Randomly bringing this back up but just caught 40 days on TV and by god your right. V similar voice , exact same mannerisms/expressions and they even look a a tad similar. Its kinda freaky.
Former games journalist Charlie Brooker has a new 2 hour documentary about video games airing Saturday 30th on Channel 4 in the UK (9pm). He previously presented Gameswipe which was an excellent mature take on the world of games so really looking forward to it.
Here's an interview about it on the Guardian if anyones interested:
Yeah I remember being really excited by rollercoaster tycoon only to realise my infant brain couldn't cope with the extra complexity on top of Maxis's theme park. I always ended up creating rides that would injure the guests. Theme hospital was probably my favourite though.
I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations for good tycoon-style games for the PC. I grew up playing mainly these types of games and I would get so excited when I saw some crappy new hospital building game or something. There's so many out there now it seems impossible to separate the genuinely good sims form the cheap crap. Any ideas?
