Hulk like IRC.  Hulk used to channel op on the old Dreamcast IRC server (irc0.dreamcast.com).  Hulk find out there is Gamesurge server, Hulk decide to join it.  Hulk register room and work on setting everything up properly.  Hulk encourages everyone to join the Giantbomb IRC channel.
