Hulk has noticed that when playing as Sagat there are entire rounds where he will not say "Tiger." at all when using various attacks. Then a round or two later he will begin saying it again. Also having the same music problems as Jeff, only it goes in and out like the Sagat stuff.
Gears 2 is a great game, but it has its problems. Host advantage is still there, just not as dominant as in Gears 1. Multiplayer has weapon balance issues that hopefully will be handled with a patch. But Hulk expects them to some how miss the mark again, since this is always the way with things.
Is it a good game? Yes. But is it overrated by most people? Yes, definitely. It's not game of the year material, but like BoG said, it likely will snag a few here and there. But just because a game is overrated it doesn't mean it's a bad game. The entire Halo franchise is vastly overrated, but that doesn't mean they are bad games.
Party like it's 1999 will likely be the achievement that takes the most time. But it's not something that will be especially difficult. Other than that every achievement looks to be very easy and getting the full 1,000 will be simple.
