After watching the QuickLook it looks like if you want to kill zombies in wacky ways this is a game for you. If you want to kill zombies in wacky ways with time limits then maybe this isn't the game for you.
@mems1224: Not sure if you're joking... Blacklist was crap compared to Conviction, and Chaos Theory is the best in my mind.
Blacklist was a return to roots of sorts. Conviction was kind of out there.. without most of the gadgets it didn't really feel like a Splinter Cell game. Blacklist took all the systems from Conviction and then added all the old-school Tom Clancy feel to it - the suit, the goggles, the whole plane you ride on and government backing. Chaos Theory I can agree was the best game in that series from that generation.
ug best game of the year - no. ANY rpg released last year is better than this platforming crap sigh. I never even understood the love people had for the original Mario. Sonic was much better (graphically and fun wise) but any of that platforming stuff paled beside good RPGs like phantasy star or super hylide.
This opinion should be ruthlessly mocked.
I have no love for Nintendo franchises but claiming Sonic was better than Mario is kind of out there.
These latest Tomb Raiders have been a real surprise, and for once good surprises! I would have never thought a rebooted Tomb Raider would have a chance at being even half as good as these turned out to be, and they turned out really great.
@colonel_pockets: I think the price was what held it back. It's a tight narrative experience that is fun to blow through over a weekend. I can see how paying full price for it might have left a lot of people really burned
@dudeglove: thanks! Wow it's been a few years now haven't it? Time flies when you're a-bombin'
I still draw spaghetti arms as I have since childhood but it's nice to hear from others that they not only notice change but hopefully for the better! One day I hope to enter the exalted ranks of the artistic "friends of the site" with my very own chat color!
@Mathey I tried to envision bliss through a prism of despair and melancholy!
