The only collector's edition that I'm buying this year is the LittleBIGPlanet 2 one. It comes with a bunch of cool costumes and an adorable little sackboy plushie. Plushies FTW! Oh, also the Black Ops CE has the cool car thingy. Seems like a decent CE item. The Fallout New Vegas CE stuff is garbage. A deck of cards? Really?!
The ear-hurting and cheap price are good things to point out. I can say without hesitation that no matter what headset you buy, it will definitely start to hurt your ears over time (no matter how comfortable you think it is!). I'd say microphone as well, but it does tend to pick up more background noise.
@Video_Game_King: I can't understand why some didn't like it (if they liked shooters at all). Maybe I'm just for a story that messes around with time, but I really enjoyed the game.

This is exactly what I was thinking except I don't think we're in dullsville. I find both markets equal in terms of quality. :)
