Judge this based on your own interest in creating things. If your the kind of guy that likes making things, then sure. IF you hate the idea, and want everything premade, then you might not want it.
It seems like you'll get out of this game what you put into it. Personally, I love the WarioWare games and think that this seems frickin' rad, but I don't have the patience to make stuff like I used to. I used to spend hours upon hours dicking around with The Incredible Machine back in the day, but I tried playing it recently and stopped after about ten minutes. If you're into making stuff, then go for it.
