Painkiller is singlehandedly the gayest thing ever put into a video game, besides Gay Tony :P You are INVINCIBLE for 10 seconds. You CANNOT die. Even being hit by 2, yes 2, Javelins will not kill you.

No, they didn't patch it. You have to have a JTAG console or Dev Kit to be able to do this. These consoles are how people are getting 10th Prestige and what not
Super Speed is hard to get into an online match. The mod in infectious and spread from the host, starts with the person with a JTAG, and will go to everyone. But to spread it in an online game you must be the host. Thus making it hard.
It's the same character you have in play through one, but the missions just start all over. And yes you can get more inventory slots. You can have a total of 42.
