My opinion: I guess my only concern is how big a of community it will get, I can imagine it does fine for the next two weeks but just gets cannibalized the second Titanfall comes out. It is a shame too because the game appears to have some personality and has received positive feedback (take that for what you will) from the press.
I was curious as to how many people were excited for this EA published, Xbox One & 360 exclusive, multiplayer only title.... Titan.. I mean Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare. Seeing how the forum for this game is dead, I can't imagine much, but the game does release TOMORROW.
FYI: Review embargo lifts at 12:00 am Pacific Time tonight.
I guess to clarify the link, it is the normal Xbox One, but it comes with a digital version of Titanfall for the same price as a standalone Xbox One ($499). It is a smart idea because there a lot of people (non PC) that want an Xbox One for Titanfall. Now if PS4 can do the same with inFamous: Second Son.
@scaramoosh: No offense you don't make much of an argument other than I prefer it this way and that way and my friends feel the same way. Guess what? It is fine to prefer CS over more recent titles.
Personally Counter-Strike is so old as this point (1999!!!) and it boggles my mind that even though they are incredible maps, people are playing the same old maps over and over. I got over Counter Strike a long time ago but it is fine by me that you still find enjoyment in the series.
So instead of calling COD or BF "crap", just play CS and enjoy it, knowing that a lot of people enjoy the hell out BF and COD because they are incredibly good series as well.
People evaluate value on video games differently. There are so many factors to consider when deciding to purchase a video game. Time, budget, reviews, history, personal reasons, all are factors when deciding to purchase a game of any monetary amount.
Someone with a family but a high budget might be willing to spend more on a game that doesn't last as long because they know they will finish it.
A college student with a lot of free time and little money might go out and buy Final Fantasy, Grand Theft Auto or Fallout because they know it will last them a long time.
The problem is (and with the internet as a whole) that people need to understand that it is okay for other people to judge games on qualities that you don't. People put a lot of emphasis on game length or reviews, I don't, but I don't care that other people do. Yes it is bothersome when I see people beating up on short games, but I just let it go. They are entitled to their opinion. I suggest you learn the same or the internet will be a very frustrating place for you.
If the Official Playstation magazine (UK) is breaking the story it is a UK game folks...just sayin'.
That is a very strong possibility as well. Evolution is doing Driveclub. We do not know what Media Molecule is doing since Tearaway (LittleBigPlanet 3?). We do not know what SCE London is doing either, but they have just been doing Singstar for awhile now. Oh would it be hilarious that the reveal is Singstar for PS4.
It would be interesting to have a card that disables the enemy Titans from being deployed for a minute or so. That way your team could over power the map but after the minute most likely the other team will have several Titans saved up.
I would vote for Batman: Arkham Asylum but I will just do the sequel instead. Also you are missing X-Men Legends 1 & 2 and the more recent Deadpool and Marvel Heroes. Has there been any new comic book video games announced? The only one I can think of is the MOBA Infinite Crisis.
