I didn't know it was in any of the indie bundles, that's pretty cool. Hope that gets more people trying it.

The learning curve is harshly steep. Working it all out might be part of the enjoyment, but if you get too hung up I'd suggest watching a bit of the LP. It is otherwise spoiler-free.

The music reminds me of Dragon Quest VIII for some reason.

I'm only about an hour in and I'm really into it so far. I really like the atmosphere and love how vertical the city is.

Love hearing Brad talk about SC, wish I was involved enough to follow it all. I started listening to State of the Game podcasts but most of what they cover is still a little over my head.

Yeah, I really like mine too.

Being able to drop in the digital copies of my PSP games was awesome: Persona 3, Disgaea 1 & 2, FF IV Complete Collection, all ready to play anytime. Picked up Disgaea 3 Vita and I'm just waiting for Persona 4 Golden. I certainly have no complaints about the game library for the time being.

This game seems a lot faster all around compared to Disgaea 4 on the PS3.

The battle actions (when cranked all the way up) seem quicker making it faster to clear levels, and the loading times are basically non-existent after the initial startup loading. Disgaea 4 on the PS3 seemed to have load times just long enough to be noticeable, especially the 5-6 second load into Cam-Pain HQ.

Was the PS3 version this snappy or was it enhanced for the Vita release?

Other thoughts so far: cut-scene sharpness and color is gorgeous, probably the best I've seen on the Vita yet. Way more striking than I remember Disgaea 4 being on my 42" plasma.

The only way I can describe this game is if Clive Barker directed Thatgamecompany's Flower. I was pretty engrossed for the entire LP of this game: http://lparchive.org/The-Void/

Yeah, I got it a while ago for like $5 on clearance at Best Buy and I am so glad I didn't miss out on this game. I later paid 3x as much just to get the soundtrack on iTunes. First soundtrack I've ever bought, no regrets.

I've already played through it once on the PS3 but I'm boycotting it on the PC until it comes to Steam. I know it'll probably never happen and I hate to be a douche about this but I have ME2 (and all my other PC games) on Steam and I really don't want to download another program that does the same thing only with fewer games.

I'll probably cave soon though. I've been itching to replay it and I'd like that to be on the PC.

Not mine. Well my index finger is fine but with the wealth of PC games I've gotten into lately I think I feel the loving embrace of the carpal tunnel claw coming on. I've been taking breaks to stretch my hand to hopefully slow the onset of any loot-related injuries but it probably doesn't help that I use a PC all day at work too.

Great, thanks for the suggestion. Very eager to try it. I can't believe how far out of the racing game scene I have been.
