Halo: Reach
 
Shame this was mentioned so slightly. Considering all we already know (Public beta, weekly bungie updates etc) the E3 related news was limited to - Space combat. Great idea, but i dont see how it will function differently from say, flight combat that is already well established in the series.
 
Dead Space 2
 
One of my favorite games from 2008. Hopefully some new mechanics get shown to alter it to be less action and more horror. However given its based in a largely city complex, i can see them not dropping stuff like the currency system. Regardless of whats shown, should end up to be a good game, lets see what they show of it at the PS3 day 2 conference.
 
Medal of Honor Reboot
 
Unashamedly inspired by the modern warfare series, if they can pull it off with some individual flair and balance, should end up great.
 
Nintendo Secrets
 
This is the big deal. will we finally see the kid icarus game? Will starfox get a new game? No doubt we'll see some new information about a Zelda game and metroid other M (can we please find out where we are meant to remember that black guy from?) but how much is going to be devoted to more, for lack of a better word, 'casual' wii motion stuff. My biggest fear is the announcement of yet anothe peripheral, more mundane then the vitality sensor, which will be a forced attachment for the new first party games.
 
New Platforms
 
3DS is all but shown as of about a week before E3, lets see how this 3D capacity works (please be optional!). The xbox Slim was also announced on E3 day 1, not a shock considering the italian leak about a day ago. Personally its interesting to see the Xbox Slim is real considering it seems every year an 'undisclosed source' announces its existence. Big question is, will there be any other surprises..a PS4, a WII2? Not a high chance, but lets see what happens.
