I've heard that Mario Party 7 is the one when things finally get good.

It always seems pretentious to me when a person tries to assess an idea and determine its possible scope by basically saying 'I can't think of how it could be done differently therefore it's impossible'. There's no argument as to why a certain alleged limitation will never be overcome, and the current state is just assumed to be the endgame.

This isn't new of course, films also were lauded as a fad upon their inception. It's easier to snark at an innovation than to recognize your possible lack of imagination when it comes to its potential.

It was sad and kinda cringey watching Brad give absolutely no shit about researching basics about the game prior to presenting it. Yikes.

I hope they present him accurately and portray his disdain for non-intellectual revolutionists. Also the part where he had an illegitimate child with his maid whom he'd never paid (because exploitation is bad amirite).
