Not like this pre-order crap will make a difference. Most games that come out now are giving you some type of bonus for pre-ordering them. Before it was just little things but it has begun to be something like Beta testing or what they like to call 'DLC'.

For instance, take the Bulletstorm pre-order, you get access to the Beta of Gears 3. Which if you are a fan of the franchise, yay for you then.

But then by the same token look at the shit you got for pre-ordering the Collector's Edition of Fable 3. A bunch of useless 'DLC' that added no value to the story and then became available to everyone 3 days later for dirt cheap. The only thing that remained exclusive to the Collector's Edition was that stupid fucking cottage download that was hard to find once you went to it the first time and left. (I bought that worthless piece of crap but was lucky enough to actually sell it to someone else for $75...not a bad return considering that the DLC was already used but I digress.)

All in all, fuck this DLC bullshit, just give me something useful with a pre-order. Like the fight stick that is coming with Mortal Kombat.

Just so I can be clear now, is this thread about what a horrid game Hydrophobia was and the soon to come patch that is slated to improve virtually everything for it? Or has it just turned into more of a bitch fit over the way people spell or the grammar that they use?

Not everyones can be as smarts as some of you other cool guys.

So maybe you should just not correct people when they make a typo. We all make typos and if you say you do not then you're just a lying petty little shit.

Also maybe try not to get so upset when someone comments on your posts, or the posts of another. Just take note that they are a douche and move on.

Brotherhood is a continuation of both the storylines from AC2. The third game will be Assassin's Creed 3, and will contain a new ancestor of Desmond for you to complete the series, a lot of the game will also be set with Desmond filling the role of an assassin in present day, which will add a lot of new gameplay elements.

 @WilliamRLBaker:
 Truth be told I know quite a bit about all the glitches that Fable 3 has. Made me consider not getting the game but most of the glitches out there are just minor things that can be corrected in a patch. I thought Fable 3 was a fine game, liked the story better than the second game anyway, but I still do prefer the original.

Most of the glitches you also listed are little minor things that don't drag the game down as bad as some of the other games out there now. Best examples to give are Bethesda Games, while they are good, Obilivion, Fallout 3, and now New Vegas all have much worse issues you can point out. That was the point I was trying to make.

And as far as defending Peter Molyneux, I wouldn't ever go that far my friend, the storyline being recycled 3 times over now is becoming a bit stale for my tastes. Fable has the makeup to be a wonderful franchise, just for some reason they haven't been able to find a proper balance yet.

As far as i know it, they are still considering a future Kinect patch that will allow some Kinect features and apparently facial mapping is going to become a big thing that Kinect has going for it.

So you can play Fable 3 and it'll be your face saving the Kingdom...if you're into that sort ego boosting stupidity.

For the most part everything was streamlined more. Some glitches still exist, but they're no where near as big of an issue as games like New Vegas are having right now. The only issue is that the simplification of everything in the game can make for some headaches at times. That and the fact that you can't repair everything you own at once is just silly, but hopefully a patch will come out. Fable 3 was the one game out of the three big ones I've played in October, the others being Fallout: New Vegas and The Force Unleashed 2, that wasn't a disappointing on many levels.

Are you high or something? Sure this game has a few glitches here or there but nothing compared to the ones that are causing New Vegas to be nearly unplayable.
Yes they did release a patch for New Vegas but it barely fixed anything. Play New Vegas and enjoy the game freezing up every other time that you head into a loading screen or play Fable 3 where your wife gets killed when you become King and your child gets trotted off to the orphanage; where you can then go adopt him again and give him the same name...so it's like he is the same person.
Does that sound like a hard decision to make? Not for me; but then again, I'm not the one complaining that my fake wife in the make believe world isn't everything I created her to be.

@EpicSteve:
The next generation is still a long time off, considering what they're doing with Kinect and Move and all that stuff. Elder Scrols 5 will be out most likely in 2012 and it'll be for this generation. Oh and Bethesda already announced at a press conference that the new game is subtitled Alinor.

From that subtitle you can take certain guesses at the game, since Alinor is the capital of the Summerset Isle, the game will probably t ake place in the High Elven homeland.

But this all could just be a load of internet lies just like everything else right now. The only thing that is certain is that they are working on it, it's just a matter of when.

Just decided to address everyone at once. It'll be Resident Evil: Revelations, only weird thing is that it is exclusive to the 3DS due out sometime next year. They actually have been talking about putting Resident Evil on the shelf for the next 4-7 years until the next gen comes out and then re-imagining the series for another generation to enjoy.

Personally I think Capcom needs to do this with more then just the Resident Evil Franchise. While I love Silent Hill, it has ran it's course and now is just becoming stagnant, the same repetitive crap over and over again. Shelf it until you think up an idea that will actually take it back to the way Silent Hill 2 was, where it actually had some scare value. Resident Evil 5 was alright, besides being a carbon based co-op copy of Resident Evil 4...except that they're trying to make it more like an action game, that still suffers from terrible basic control mechanics.

Or here is another crazy idea. Shelf both of the games, and create a new Super Game called Silent Evil. Where you're based in the mansion but instead of zombies, just horrid shit comes out of everywhere to rape your life, and there is always fog, regardless of what is happening or where you are. So by the time the game ends you don't know what happened, but from the sounds, you could tell it was terrible.
