@mcdrew77: Man I'm glad I wasn't alone in my reaction to the board game talk, and you hit my thoughts on the head. Isn't Dota 2 an incredibly complex video game? How would Brad take it if someone suggested that it was too complicated and that video games should go back to the pong days. Thanks for all the commenters on this topic. I still love the Bombcast, but that did certainly piss me off.

I think Toys to Life was doing great in the early going, but fell off once there were too many disparate offerings. I've also thought that though the IDEA of the Toy Box seems like a better implementation with more flexibility, I had more fun just plain playing Skylanders with my kids. In fact, my kids have never shown any extended interest in Infinity, no matter who the characters in it were.
