A completely random thing, but listening to the Warning! A Huge Podcast, they mention that the Milk Barn does, indeed, exist. I don't see his car, so Keith must be out for lunch or something:

Congrats, sir. I've been contemplating doing this myself. Those two undone achievements for Easy and Normal fill me with shame every time I turn on my Xbox. It would have been nice if they at least let you keep your weapons but, as we all know, this isn't that type of game. Maybe someday I'll get around to this.
