Actually, if I may so wasn't it the founder and co-founder of InfintyWard that own rights to "Call of Duty"? if not then Activision owns that name legally.  EDIT: The logo is also very similar and they have the right to sue, just look at the lawsuit that Starbucks created in the past. "

There is way too much snow so I didn't go outside, but I did take a picture from my doorstep if that counts. The quality of the pictures didn't turn out as good for some reason.
