What are the achievements like? I've been wondering why the Endurance runs haven't been unlocking any, just assumed they had notifications turned off... and haven't bothered looking them up. -_-
About the normal... text conversations with my mom or brother every few days, haven't actually seen them for a couple weeks, haven't actually been home since New Year's. Kinda sucks, but I'm crazy-busy with school and work this semester.
Like has been said, pretty much every day of the week at school taking notes... outside of school, occasionally for jotting down little notes, lists, whatever... nothing big, though.
Rock Band 2 or Call of Duty 4. RB2 because fuck Visions, and CoD4 because fuck Veteran difficulty level, randomly spawning grenades, and infinitely respawning baddies.
If your Xbox failed the same way mine did, you should be able to get it up and running just by pulling off the heatsinks, cleaning them and the chips of the old thermal paste, applying new thermal paste, putting the heatsinks back on, and turning it on without plugging the fans back in. That overheats the chips, sealing the thermal paste (for lack of a better term). Turn it back off when it overheats, let it cool down, plug the fans back in and you should be good to go, although make sure you test it again before putting it all back together. That's all mine needed, no need to replace the X-clamps (which is a horrible, awful design) or drill the board or anything... just need the Torx tools and some thermal paste. Mine lasted about 3 years before dying on me... was down for a week or so while me and a friend tried to find a time we could both work on it (he had all the stuff), and it's been good since then... been about a month now. TBH, I would have tried that before buying a new one... :P
Does "King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters" count? Because that was pretty damn cool, very entertaining for a documentary... most of the other ones I've watched are for school (and almost always boring... ex: a documentary on Helvetica. The font. Yes, I'm completely serious.) or occasionally specials on Discovery... DVR'd one on the Apollo missions, focusing on Apollo 11, but it got cut off part-way through. :(
Oh yeah, and "Super Size Me" was pretty good too. Watched that in a high school health class, my teacher totally didn't realize that Spurlock (sp?) had a nude painting in his living room... I think I was like the only person to notice it, actually.
