There's room for improvement. If there is one thing I would want in this new website, it would be more customisation on how a user wants information presented to them. If they give users an option to choose between a grid, list or carousels, that would be fab. An option to remove certain carousels from the homepage would also be great. This is just me saying I hate carousels.

@sethmode: I think your right in calling it out when it matters, I'm not familiar with the Guild Wars 2 controversy but when people get affected by it, go for it. But so far, nobody has and if that changes, then maybe we got a discussion here. Let Blizzard take the heat and see how they respond. If they respond by killing the game and letting staff go, then you got the case to be dissatisfied yourself.

@sethmode: All I'm saying is that people are making this into a bigger deal than it should be. And what could be done about it anyway? Those people won't go away, they won't stop being "entitled", and more importantly, Blizzard is going to squeeze the money out of them in the long run anyway. I'm sure Blizzard has gotten over it by now and will announce Diablo 4 in the next month or so with cheers and joy and everything will be back to where it was. People are wasting their time stirring up a whole load of nothing.

It’s easy to talk down on people as a bunch of "entitled gamers", I don’t agree with that. People are just disappointed and are showing their dissatisfaction with a company they love. I’m disappointed. I’m sure some have gone too far with it, but I'm going to take a good guess that's not the majority, let’s not make this a bigger deal than what it really is.

It runs so poorly on my console that I stopped playing after an hour. From what I've played, it might be a short fun time with friends but anything beyond that, I'm not so sure. I'm going to wait until I get a more powerful system to play this anyway so I'll be intently watching its reception in the coming weeks.

Everyone just said, "go vote", they did not say whom to vote for… *wink*

Here’s what I think. In any other situation, I would say vote for the party that is closest to your principles or simply don't vote, either is a valid option. However, this is a very unique situation. Despite what you think of the Democrats and the current state of politics, Trump is clearly a loon that needs to be stopped. And stopping him won't just benefit America, but the world. Do whatever it takes to destabilise his power and then go back to your usual business.

Didn’t Microsoft already announce a new Xbox in development? There’s also a lot of talk about the next PlayStation too. The next generation of consoles is probably going to happen sooner rather than later but what we don’t know is how much of a leap that will actually be from the X. You’re probably right in getting an S if you haven’t already got a 4KTV. It might be better to wait it out until E3 next year.

It wasn't enough years ago, it's unacceptable now. 1TB is an abysmal amount of data.

I'm going to say Civilization? Hearts of Iron? Railroad Tycoon? Football Manager? Cities Skylines? When I think of a typical 70 year old man. I think something that is very down to earth, based in reality with little to no story. The listed games will allow him to take his time learning the controls, mechanics. They are relatively easy to play, or can be made to be.

Based on what I've seen and played, I don't really see an issue here. It's been respectable so far, at least as much as any other Battlefield game has been in the past. It’s definitely not been anything as you described.

I’m not entirely sure why WWII is where you cross the line. Why? War as a concept remains the same in any setting you put it in. It still causes the loss of life, it still causes misery. All those modern military shooters 7 or 8 years ago were inspired by real conflicts or possible future conflicts. Explain Black Ops 1 to me. What’s the difference?
