Attunement also gives you Agility, though less frequently than Adaptability. Still, it's useful for spellcasters.

Ha! I destroyed like 3 chests before I learned that it was not the thing to do. It's alright though, I'll get them on another run. I think one of the chests I destroyed was the one you're talking about so I don't know what's in it either.

I played it late last year and liked it. I wouldn't call the exploration amazing, because it's not like you'll find whole separate areas outside of the occasional tomb, but I enjoyed it. I didn't expect it to be there either so it was definetly a nice surprise. I enjoyed some of the "patched together" look of your weapon upgrades too, and the movement felt good.

I'm up for playing another one sometime, especially if they go for a more non-linear progression style of game where you have a few paths to pick between at any one time. That'd be cool.

You aren't going to be that bad off, there are enough changes this time around that I had to relearn some of the basics from the previous game. The timing on parries and transitions is just different enough to throw you off, so in this case I don't think missing Dark Souls is going to hurt you very much. At least you'll have the general idea down and what is expected of you as far as exploration and (some) itemization.

Dark Souls vets are going to be pretty surprised the first time they get wrecked by a lowly zombie because they missed every parry or weren't getting their shield up in time. Took me a couple of hours to get used to it.

I felt like I had that experience going into Dark Souls from Demon's Souls so I'm definetly gonna be more careful this time.

I wish I could be saying Dark Souls 2, alas it was no to be. As for Titanfall I'm not opposed to playing it at some point, but there are a few games I'd rather put my money towards before that.

I just finished Fire Emblem: Awakening a couple of days ago and haven't really decided what from my back catalogue I'll be diving into next. I'm thinking maybe Bioshock Infinite.

I'm gonna have to hatch some sort of plot to come up with money for it before Friday.

@smokeyd123: @oldirtybearon: A little more than a week ago Vinny mentioned on Twitter that he was "getting a weird itch to play through every Castlevania game". Someone followed up saying they should make it a feature and call it "Vinnyvania" and Vinny said that, that was the name he had in his head.

Nothing else has really been said but seeing as Breaking Brad willl wrap up soon there's a possibility that it could replace it. I'd be all for it, in any case.

I think they need to take a break and just play the game on their own time. I'd also rather see the hinted at "Vinnyvania" be the follow up feature once they finish Demon's Souls.

Reminds me what a great show that Breaking Brad was. Great game, great conversations, good times.
