The Sonny Listn' Ultimate 95 Item Achievement-Whoring List

Thanks to the Whiskey Media quest system, I've been busy on Giant Bomb and ComicVine busting out achievements even when I'm not at a video game console.  Because there is an achievement in the Sonny Listn' quest set for making a list of 95 items...which seems COLOSSAL IN SIZE, I figured "why just put together a list of 95 items when it could mean something"?  What better way to whore an achievement...than by making a list of games that you can whore achievements in for either fun or just gamerscore gain?!  So, GAME ON!!!

List items

  • If you have this game on your gamertag, then you are truly a great achievement whore!

  • Finish this on the highest difficulty in about 4 hours, and you've got yourself an S-rank.

  • The S-rank is more time consuming than difficult, but busting them all out on this game is still fun, even when you are grinding out Sega Miles.

  • You know why, you dastardly devil!

  • It's not difficult, but it's a great S-rank to hold. You also don't need any DLC to make it happen, but a good guide for collecting feathers definitely helps.

  • With the game and the DLC, you'll find massive amount of gameplay time inside of this wonderfully surprising game. Get with a group, though, as you'll need it to defeat the almighty Crawmerax!

  • The 200 points found in this isn't hard, but it's immensely fun and you get an education in why the game is so important.

  • For less than a dollar, you can find this game on eBay...and getting all 200 points is a test of patience. Some think the game is horrible, but for its budget pricing, it's actually pretty good!

  • If you can actually obtain all the awards on the multiplayer, then good for you! Even without that, you can unlock a gamerpic of the signature Bad Company grenade...plated in gold, nonetheless, for reaching max rank.

  • If you can get 20 demolish kills online without boosting it, then double kudos for you! Nonetheless, only the dedicated will get an S-rank on this one, as you'll need to Dr. Pepper DLC to get them all.

  • The now infamous "1k in 5 minutes or less" game can be a scar on a gamerscore, but hey...points are points. You'll never see it on mine, though...unless I get truly desperate.

  • This game shows how to make achievements integrate into the actual game very well, as every few achievements unlocks additional gear to customize your character with. More games need to take note of this.

  • It's flat-out fun. You'll need to buy some DLC, which focuses on the pretty-much-dead multiplayer, but it's still fun.

  • I enjoy the shit out of this game, which is easily the best in the franchise. With the South Central add-on, Rockstar creates a massive playground for achievements.

  • Whether you're a fan or not, the Vidmaster achievements are regarded as some of the difficult achievements out there. Get to work!

  • The achievements make the Firefight mode a little more worthwhile, but it's the audio logs that make this worthwhile.

  • An S-rank isn't impossible, but you'll have to play on the Impossible difficulty in order to get all the achievements. The game does let you have some fun with physics , though.

  • This game was designed for achievement fun!

  • An S-rank in this collection is a shining testament of your skill and dedication.

  • As if the game didn't already give you enough reasons to love it, busting out the achievements isn't too difficult and gives you even more to do.

  • Not difficult, but time consumption in getting all the achievements should make you a master at the game in no time.

  • It's not difficult, and playing with a buddy through Spec Ops for the max amount of stars is definitely a test of your abilities as a man.

  • Beat the game on Veteran. hehehe Yeah, hope that goes well for you. Enjoy the grenade spams, chump!

  • Everything is mainly based on patience and multiple playthroughs, but getting through the game on the highest difficulty without Vita-Chambers can be a pain in the ass at times.

  • Adding excellent multiplayer to an already solid package, there should be no reason to not bust through Bioshock 2.

  • All time-consuming.

  • All time-consuming FUN!

  • You'll have to download DLC, but Left 4 Dead's multiplayer is still too damn awesome to pass up. It's fun to achievement whore this game.

  • Again, you'll need to download DLC, but it's even more fun than the first game!

  • Beat the entire career mode...then forget about the game and move on to Round 4.

  • Beat the entire game, see how great it was at launch, and move on.

  • If you can honestly get all of the damn platinum medals in the game, then you are a bigger man than I.

  • You'll have to download the Demons of the Badlands DLC to complete all the achievements, but this game makes achievement whoring a blast!

  • It's racing. It's time-consuming. It's awesome.

  • See previous comments about DiRT.

  • You see the pattern here? PLAY CODEMASTERS' RACING GAMES!!!

  • Dood, this shit's tough!!! It's like a medal of honor!!!

  • Pacifism. That is all.

  • The S-rank isn't hard, and the game doesn't make it hard. They do make it compelling and enjoyable, though.

  • While I hate the game, getting all the achievements across this and its Shivering Isles expansion is all just time-consumption.

  • Razor Callahan. That is all.

  • Massive amounts of fun, although some of the end achievements can be grind-boredom.

  • Yet another testament to dedication.

  • The S-rank isn't hard...so long as you have some knowledge in your noggin.

  • The game was fun, and the game was good. The achievements only added to that excellent experience.

  • While the controls can be janky, the achievements take some time and really get you in tune with The Force.

  • The multiplayer can be laggy, but the achievements are worth it...especially since the game also gives you sweet gamerpics and avatar items!

  • You'll have to buy the DLC for an S-rank, which can feel like a rip-off, but the game is solid enough to warrant it.

  • Don't buy this game. Just find it randomly, punch a horse to death in the game, and then forget it exists.

  • The game isn't complete ass, and you get an achievement for teabagging someone in multiplayer.

  • Buying the multiplayer map DLC and boosting the Testikill achievement is totally worth it.

  • Super peaceful, calm, quiet, and a great stress reliever. Also, the achievements aren't tough.

  • It ain't difficult.

  • What? Fuck you, I liked this game a LOT! I still need to go back and clear up the rest of the achievements.

  • Again, achievements are easy, but you'll have to boost one or two because the online is dead.

  • This game is such a guilty fucking pleasure. Massive fun in whoring these achievements.

  • Whore this one just so you can see the names of the fucking achievements, since almost all of them are secret!!!

  • You know you want to kill 53,594 zombies.

  • The Warriors franchises aren't the most critically popular, but I'll be damned if I don't love some max difficulty ass-kicking! Also, the achievements aren't hard...if you know what you are doing.

  • Again, thoroughly enjoy this game, and the achievements give it massive replay value.

  • Same as Indy.

  • Same as Star Wars.

  • Despite being a ho-hum game, the achievements are varied enough to make it an interesting playthrough.

  • The game still has a fairly active multiplayer community, a great map creator, and enough achievement to dump at least 100 hours into the game.

  • Not only did I write the page for it, but I loved the fuck out of the game.

  • This underrated game probably doesn't have any multiplayer community, but I just felt like I needed to point out that the game exists...and it's pretty damn good.

  • Having recently found this game, I've gotta say that it's something I definitely want to S-rank.

  • It's fun.

  • It's free and not too tough to get 200 points in.

  • It's a great update to the original, and the extra modes make it a bit of a challenge as well.

  • This actually is a great entry level game for those who aren't very good at music/rhythm games, but it still presents enough of a challenge to experts if they want the achievements.

  • The game feels better on consoles anyways. The achievements aren't too tough, either.

  • Do ya like Battlefield? Then getting 100 matches played on this is the toughest thing out of the achievements...and if you love Battlefield, 100 matches shouldn't be that hard.

  • You get an achievement for beating Noob Saibot. This is necessary.

  • Getting everything in the Vault may be a challenge, but remembering why Haggar is the fucking man is fun.

  • Between the single player, the multiplayer, and the extra modes, there is plenty to do for achievements.

  • The game isn't completely terrible, and like Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, it's more about patience and time.

  • Despite needing a ton of DLC for the S-rank on this baby, there's enough awesome online play and unique challenges to make getting achievements massive amounts of fun.

  • Much like Burnout Paradise, there's just enough great online play to make these achievements not feel like a...grind? HUH? HUH?!

  • Getting an S-rank can prove to be a challenge because of the fierce online competition, and the fact that 2010 is coming out soon after the making of this list doesn't help your chances. Regardless, this game NEEDS to be played.

  • Achievement whoring is the only way I found this game to be interesting, and even then, I HAD to have someone else playing it and making fun of it with me for it to even be remotely fun. Don't buy the DLC. Just play for some achievements and move on.

  • I just really fucking love Katamari games. To each their own...

  • I STILL haven't S-ranked this hoe. I need to. Either way, you should play this game just because it's fucking brilliant. Achievements are merely a bonus.

  • Simply because it's pro to have an S-rank on this...and to have the Kick The Bucket achievement.

  • It still amazes me that this has two of the rarest achievements on Giant Bomb's achievement tracking system. Then again, I still haven't bought it. Why haven't I bought it?!

  • I haven't played it, but from what I've heard, having all 200 on this is yet another mark of honor on any gamertag!

  • The achievements aren't super difficult, but it definitely facilitates an active online community of...like...two guys being left.

  • IT'S FUCKING DOOM!!!

  • Despite the multiplayer achievements, it's a good game to have some old school fun on for some achievements.

  • If you can make it through this game without falling asleep at least five times, then congratulations. It's too bad the DLC was bogus.

  • If you've got these multiplayer achievements without boosting, you are a badass.

  • ...yep, you'll be a badass if you have these also.

  • I commend this game for having achievements that try to make you play the single player missions in a different way. That's about all, though.

  • If you have the patience for this mediocre game, the achievements aren't too difficult to pull off. Sadly, I don't have the patience.

  • Make The Incredible Hulk, and then beat ass in the game. It's pretty satisfying when you can yell "HULK SMASH" every time you do a suplex.
