@shiro2809: When my crew and I were big into GTA online, what we'd do was decide who'd host the server, they'd load into a public session first. Have them Alt-Tab out, open the Resource Monitor, then suspend (not kill) the GTA V instance. Stay alt-tabbed for about 30 seconds, just long enough for it to disconnect you from other players, but not long enough for you to be kicked from online for being AFK. All of a sudden, you're in a "private" server, that's marked public, so you can still run public missions like warehouse and bunker deliveries and so on.
It's the only real way around the rampant hacking that has plagued GTA forever. People constantly getting banned and buying the game back again to evade account suspensions probably explains why it's still selling a boatload of copies, even in 2019.
@stanleypain, this suggestion might be up your street if you want to do online stuff in PvE without getting hassled by others.
