The one game where i tried hard to only play for a few hours at night and next thing i knew its 5 am. Game got me really hooked. I played the first mass effect again (my xbox got stolen) so i can have a save game that would carry over to Mass Effect 2. ME2 proves whats so unique about the gaming medium.

Red dead Redemption while it has improved Rockstar game formula it is essentially Grand Theft Horse, but to emulate some of rockstar's best games is not a bad thing. With the western genre being a bit scarce, Red Dead Redemption doesn't just prove that western games are good but that they can make great games in general.

God of War 3 did not change much of the gameplay formula. Buts there no problem in keeping a strong game. What made this game soo great is the fact that its just an extremely polished game that looks amazing. Every PS3 needs to at least play this game.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is Assassin's creed 2 on steroids. Thats a great thing. Ubisoft just improved on everything from the previous game and also included multiplayer which is really great.

Heavy Rain is unique game that Quantum Dreams can only make. This is interactive story telling and its worth playing through. I really enjoyed the game and feel it was one of the stellar games of 2010

Limbo is one of the best downloadable games out there. This game is essentially one puzzle after the other with a great minimalist art. But what makes this game standout for me is the uniqueness and strength of the puzzles.

Civ 5 is Civ 4 with a couple of tweaks and made easier so more people can enjoy the Civ madness like me. This game took some nights away from me.

Shank is a repetitive brawler. But it still deserve to be top 10 just for its great visual style and story even with it being cliched. While i would have preferred more variety to the gameplay, its not to say the gameplay is not strong.

Alan Wake is a well made thriller. While i loved the atmosphere, i really felt the gameplay started getting to me. But the game was so well made it makes me wonder how the open world game would have worked. Regardless it is still a great game.

Super Meat Boy is great but what makes me sad is i won't fully appreciate it cause i can never give it the time to finish the whole game. But from what i have played i have enjoyed it
