@Gabriel: The closest I got to the Magnificent Seven was that short-running tv series. I'll keep an eye out for the original movie since you recommend it.
@Mmmslash: Hmm. I guess The Regulators is a reference to this Stephen King novel? Yeah, I can see how that could be popular... and I'd like to see something GiantBomb related as well...
@ViciousAnchovy: That's certainly piqued my interest... I'll start looking around for a cheap copy. Thanks! And your name suggestions were good, especially 'Giant Powder Kegs.'
I'm a sucker for western stuff (A Fistfull of Dollars, A Few Dollars More, and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly are all on my top-ten favorite movies of all time).
From what I've gathered this isn't like an Italian Western at all, more along the lines of John Wayne, the Wild Bunch, Magnificent 7 And I really wish they would make a sequel to GUN. "
Yeah, you're probably right, though I know I've seen stuff like 'carrying bandits hogtied on the back of your horse' and 'ripping wanted posters off the Sheriff's wall' in the Spaghetti westerns. I haven't seen John Wayne's stuff in so long, or the Wild Bunch or Magnificent 7 at all... which is a shame.
Man, I don't know why I haven't started following you yet (fixed). I like all your stuff that I've heard so far, especially this one! And, you made that music creation tool on XBLA, right?
I played Call of Juarez. It was... okay... I guess, but I got it for less than $5 so it's whatever. I haven't played Bound in Blood - waiting for it to get cheaper.
@The_Laughing_Man: Yeah, I know what you mean. But, I've thought about it pretty hard and I've come up with a few good reasons to get it:
Western is a pretty under-represented theme, so at least it's somewhat unique. They seem to be capitalizing on it pretty well with the side-missions and stuff.
Rockstar hasn't let me down yet.

It's coming out two days before my birthday, so I'm getting it as a gift (though I'd probably buy it even if I wasn't).
