Noise Makers of 2010 Games of all types that I think will make some noise at the end of the year award shows.
Picross 3D looks like so much fun. I'd have a DS right now if the 3DS wasn't announced before I could pick one up.Great list. I couldn't (and wouldn't) argue with a single choice.
@animathias: Imagine if they were to make Picross 3D... IN 3D! (on the 3DS, of course) You could still justify a purchase if you have some old GBA games laying around, since the 3DS won't have a GBA slot like the DS Lite does.
