I followed Jeff after Gamespot. I'm sure that's how most of us came here.

Great post, I've also thought of this as well before Wii came out, but due to the Wii's worldwide success (as well as the DS') I don't think it will happen anytime soon, if ever.

I wondered what happened to this game. I remember it being in development but I totally forgot it actually came out. Then again, it's still in development, LOL.

I've yet to play Uncharted 2 but this looks like another great game.

The cloaked sentry in the Phazon Mines from Metroid Prime. Killed it in 2 seconds with the Wavebuster.

FFX took me ~3 months on and off to finish. my save game is around 100 hours. i was new to RPGs at the time so half the time i didnt really know what i was doing or where to go.
 
the longest it took me to finish a game playing (nearly) non stop was twilight princess. it took me 3 weeks playing every day for 2-5 hours. no strategy guides/walkthroughs except for the forest temple puzzle with the statues. i finally gave into a walkthrough after an hour of messing around with it.

Slayer, Killswitch Engage,The Killers, and Hatebreed are some of my favs

I probably will never play it. The last MMORPG I played was FFXI back in 2005. since then I've been avoiding MMO's like the plague.
