Sometimes that sense of place is all the point that it really needs though. If every inch of a world is built for a specific purpose or task then it starts to feel very artificial.

Also, sometimes places in real life are just empty. I live in Scotland and there is plenty of places here that are just ghost towns.
@sombre: Hes a mcmahon thats pretty much the only reason, keep in mind Vince held almost all of the belts at one point or another.

Vince looked GREAT though, and it was when he was still in good age. Shane just looks...like a haggered old man. Then again, isn't most of WWE that?
WWE exists as a platform to make the McMahon family rich and famous. Anyone else who benefits from the process is doing so collaterally.
Shane's in the process setting up his Mania match with The Miz which he's likely doing (as in the past few years) for his kids, to have them take more of an interest in their legacy. In ten, fifteen years, we could very well see one of his boys or Triple H and Stephanie's daughters become a legit competitor in the company. Yes, his cardio sucks, and certain times it looks like he's gonna have a heart attack, but I can't knock him much for taking part in the action as long as he's healthy enough to do so. It's far less annoying than Stephanie coming out trying to take credit for everything the company's done over the last five years.
It is with great disappointment that we must announce that due to the ongoing 2018–19 United States federal government shutdown, we were unable to obtain visas for our Japanese talent who were looking forward to seeing our US fans at the New Beginning in USA.
We are excited to still be able to share a great line-up with our US fans, regardless of visa issues. The IWGP US Champion, Juice Robinson, is defending his title against Barretta and The Great O-Kharn, who is flying in from England, will be debuting in New Japan! What’s more, this show will highlight the talent and potential of our Young Lions, who have been working hard in the NJPW LA dojo. We are looking forward to being able to celebrate the abilities of the exciting new generation of young NJPW wrestlers.
