Well, for once I feel happy in my decision to purchase all three consoles. Whatever console Atlus decides to develop it for, I will be sure to enjoy the awesomeness of Persona 5.
" I would probably buy it if the price is below $80 and has somewhat cool software to support it. "
That's why I'm not excited about it yet. The major difference between the Wii and other gimmicks like it (Eyetoy, XBL Vision camera, Sixaxis, etc.) is that the entire Wii platform is designed around that remote, so you know that there will be some sort of motion control built into just about every game. That goes double for anything out of Nintendo themselves.
Something like Natal might be cool, but how much support will there be? Is MS going to bank on this and make it a primary focus of the Xbox platform? Unless Natal becomes something that other developers with big-name games (Madden, Tiger Woods, Gears of War, Call of Duty, etc.) supports, I think it'll only have a niche following and die a slow death like all of the other toys that have come before it.
"
Agree; but dont forget that in terms of what the actual technology brings to the table, this is a truly first in "advance" motion sensing technology. With enough support from both Microsoft and third-party developers I can see this creating it's own "genre" of interesting, unique, hands free games. Think DS titles in way.
