I can't remember if hawkman is PvP.  Depending who's your mentor you will have the option to purchase 3 types in your wing.  One is pvp type the other is an optional iconic and then there is your mentor armor.  The Fist icon is PvP cash which is won after level 30 in arenas.  The other marks are also won after lvl 30 by completing raids, duos, and lvl 30 missions.  Dont worry about buying armor until you are level 30.  Use stuff you get questing until then.

I think that the show is great.  I imagine that the seasons  may cover an entire graphic novel.  The series will get better and a little crazier (The Governor).  If you have never read the comic books or the Graphic novels the ending of this season, if done like the book then it will surprise you. 
 
I think that the series will last about 4-5 seasons.  The talent behind the show is great and the show is attracting non-horror fans. 

I like the LFE gun.  Its a good combo weapon with the assault rifle.  Slow Down time in a group of enemies then fire the LFE to knock them down finish them off with Rifle.

The 9th Circuit court is hardly anything to go on.  I wouldn't even give this any attention until it reached the supreme court.  The 9th circuit does get overturned because of the amount of activist judges in the area.  The 9th circuit isn't always wrong but in the land of fruits and nuts you have to give these rulings a second look.
 
I don't think that the used buisness is going to go away.  This is simply a money issue and can be solved with some buisness tactics.  Gamestop will end up giving less for trade in to pay fees.  They could raise prices on new games with the price increase on used to keep the balance.  This will only cause prices to go up.  The current buisness model is fine.  This is something that needs to be fixed through technology.  The next generation will probably be the generation of digital distribution.  You sell the game through an account and only that account.  If you wish to gift the game then you pay a transfer fee for the publisher.

Yep, I'm gonna buy it.  I put Dead Rising 2 on hold (NO Ninja costume!!!) because of Vanquish and Castlevania coming out so close together.

Having problems with the Demo.  Says it isn't available right now.  I hope it's a bandwidth issue (Live).

Assuming That the Sega Saturn doesn't exist is unlikely on this reality.  The Polygon phase probably would have started sooner because the SNES CD would have been out first.  NIntendo was already exploring 3D models around 16bit era (Starfox).  Nintendo was also trying to push "3D" i.e. Virtual Boy.  Sega would have still been a strong competitor and more than likely would have sold more of the newer console.  Sega as a hardware competitor would be in existence today in that reality.
 
I am willing to bet that Microsoft wouldn't have started down the console market as soon because Sony wasn't there.  Maybe Phillips 3DO would have taken a big piece of the pie.
