Without Dan, these streams have become so sterile. Best use of GBeast streams for me these days is turning them on at night to lull me into sleep out of sheer boredom.
Constructive criticism: Without Dan, boring game = boring video. Consider playing something energetic.
I know this is harsh, but this is not a personal insult to any staff. The group dynamic is all wonky, and it's just not working right now.
Outer wilds is one of the most boring games I have ever played. The only reason I even gave it a shot was because of Vinny's incessant praise about the story. What a waste of my time. Shoddy controls, nonexistent gameplay, devoid of any personality, and lame all around.
GB could drop the first 3 days of audio content and no one would care. Nothing interesting came out from discussing all the games that came out this year chronologically. It's only during debates over categories that people say critical items of interest.
If you guys just don't want to debate stuff then do more video segments with everyone playing together, instead of just everyone trapped in a room and someone rambling on for a few minutes about his/her favorite games while everyone else looks like they are falling asleep.
For long videos, your servers suck. Can't stream videos on my iPad, and downloading them takes forever. I have gigabit internet; so speed on my end isn't an issue. Just host these things on youtube.
The Apple arcade trial is crystal clear about you not having access to games if you cancel it right away. The only way to not see it is if you had your eyes closed when you were cancelling.
