Her not liking first person games and isometric kills like 90% of your choices for co-op as far as I know, unfortunately. But out of the top of my head, Two Worlds II is not amazing but at least it meets all of your criteria? If she can stand side-scrollers, you could try Terraria or Starbound.
Also it's probably a really long shot but, what about a 3rd person shooter like The Division (Earth Defence Force is fun if you like B-Movies) or maybe monster hunting games like God Eater 2 and Toukiden 2?
FORWARD AND BACK AND THEN FORWARD AND BACK AND THEN GO FORWARD AND BACK (This fucking song got stuck in my head for months when it came out.)
The song that made me fall in love with Emi Evans and Keiichi Okabe, my god what a perfect song, I remember just leaving this song running in the game while I did other things around the house. I still hum it from time to time.
I almost fell into the exact same bullshit today, pre-ordered 2.8 on amazon fully thinking it was the 1.5+2.5 collection (that actually comes out in march, AND STILL DOESN'T HAVE ALL THE FUCKING GAMES IN ONE FUCKING DISK). Thankfully I managed to cancel before it shipped. Fuck you Nomura and your fucking dumbass names.
Doesn't really matter the order you watch them but Kingsglaive is kinda mandatory, it gives you main plot backstory the game doesn't. Brotherhood is passable, gives some neat insight into the crew but is mostly filler. I'd say if you wanna try one of the episodes out, Prompto's episode is the best one.
