there's so much hype and speculation behind this DLC that I hope it really blows my balls off. I loved Overlord and Lair of the Shadow Broker, but i'm hoping for something even better than those. And I'd like it to be lengthy -- perhaps the length of Overlord and Shadow Broker combined. They've had enough time to develop it. And I'd totally pay 1200 points for it. I want to give you my money BioWare/EA! So hurry up and release it :P

Mass Effect 2 = one of the best games ever made.

My favourite Splinter Cell ever by far was the Xbox version of Splinter Cell: Double Agent. What a shame they're not including that in the remastering.

surely even if this does happen we won't see the "second sun" in our lifetime because it's so far away? between 180 and 1,300 lightyears according to wikipedia...

8 of my top 10 made the overall top 10; only Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops didn't make it.

I have subscribed to you on YouTube. Part 6 in particular had me in hysterics. Awesome man! I completed this game on XBLA so I know how frustrating it gets! But yet it remains awesome.

It is stupid when people say that, but they only say it to emphasise the point that Gran Turismo really, REALLY focuses on delivering a realistic driving simulator. Polyphony Digital don't fuck around. There are no rewinds, there's no "make this accessible for noobs" button, there are no gimmicks. Just pure physics rendered as accurately as currently possible on a console. Then they just put a 15 other cars on the track using that driving model and task you with beating them. Truthfully, the racing is entirely incidental to the act of driving the vehicles.

But it's still most definitely a racing game.

There have been SO many fantastic games this year, and in no particular order my favourites have been:

Heavy Rain
Red Dead Redemption
Mass Effect 2
Call of Duty: Black Ops
God of War III
Rock Band 3
Halo: Reach
Perfect Dark XBLA
Super Meat Boy

And as I have yet to play Gran Turismo 5, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Fallout: New Vegas, Fable III, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and GoldenEye 007 Wii, I honestly can't decide what my Game of the Year 2010 is just yet.

i LOVE the Fight Night games, especially Round 3, and this is EXACTLY the direction EA needed to take it. Combat sports are brutal and lethal, and it's great to see EA take note of that. More blood! Darker themes! Mature content! That's exactly what a boxing simulation now needs. I cannot wait for this one. Mature tones don't work with every kind of game, but for Fight Night it's the perfect fit.
