@deathofrats360: But it's a twitter hashtag used for ease of communications between all sorts of people with wildly different ideas. There is no leadership, it is mostly just ordinary people posting their concerns about the state of the games press. You think these people shouldn't have their voices heard because of a tiny minority of arseholes.

@deathofrats360: That is not how movements work. It is however how people have tried to discredit movements throughout history, by claiming that their inabilty to control extremists within make the whole thing worthless.

@deathofrats360: This is so intellectually dishonest. You're claiming you're not responsible for the actions of people done in your name but GGers are responsible for those done in their name. You do realise anybody can post to a hashtag, they don't need some sort of approval from anyone.

@exfate: You're correct and I probably should have posted a better example. But all one would need to do is look at the links in @mousse_gallon 's post and see many incidents of doxxing and harassment against GGers, these can't all be decried as false flags.

@deathofrats360: There are absolutely "sides" to this. You only have to read this thread to see that. People can't hold one group to account for the actions of a tiny lunatic minority whilst at the same time claiming that they aren't responsibile for the people doing the same thing under the flag of "social justice".

@exfate: That might well be true but the refusal of anyone to even discuss this stuff is what baffles me. Multiple people on the GG side have been doxxed and threatened, Milo, Boogie etc and no one on the other side seems willing to even acknowledge it.

@insectecutor: I'm not sure what more I need to say. It's an image of a death threat against a notable voice within gamergate. If anti-GGers think death threats mean a movement is worthless, then surely this tweet means the "social justice" movement is worthless.
