@superfriend: I didn't have any trouble with the framerate, though Halo 2's AI did seem kinda busted. They only started fighting me once I stood directly in front of them.

@hollitz: The campaign was fun, and I enjoyed the story--though I certainly understand how those who weren't up to date on the books and so on might've come out of it saying, 'What the fuck?'

The multiplayer... The shooting was fine. The classes, the unlock system, and those fucking ordinance drops, though? Ugh.

That's pretty much all I use my tablet for as is. Can you, say, switch from a YouTube video to the browser, and then back again, without it having to reload either app? My old iPad does that a lot, and it really bugs me--you can't, say, start writing a comment on a website, go look for a video to accompany it, and then go back to the comment without it having been wiped out by a refresh.

I haven't had any trouble with mine, but I only got the update yesterday, so I haven't really had the chance to do any thorough testing. I do like all the new stuff, though. The lockscreen's so much better!

Does anyone have a Nexus 7 2013 running Lollipop, by the way? I'm in the market for a new tablet, and I'm wondering how it holds up, a year and a half on.

I think Wolfenstein could do pretty well by them.

@reverendk: This is incredibly off-topic - my picks were Legend of Galactic Heroes and Macross, so I'm done - but which Nexus 7 do you have - 2012/2013 - and would you recommend that someone pick one up as a budget tablet today, with Lollipop and so on? I've been looking at 2013 models to replace my old iPad 2 - I've never really been much of an iOS guy; the iPad was pretty much the only game in town at the time - and I'm trying to figure out if I'd really regret not spending more on something newer.

We've got set breaks at my part-time job, that vary with the length of your shift. So, I get a twenty minute break, roughly in the middle of my six hour shift. It's mainly an opportunity to grab some food and pee.

I'm not going to vote in the poll, as I don't really get any choice either way.

It sounds like a lot of fun. Obviously, the level of endurance required to do what these people did is beyond most players, but it sounds like Bungie have plenty of tools in place - saving, being able to stop part way through and resume later - to help less determined players get through it. I love the idea of having to solve puzzles cooperatively and such, and the main reason I like Destiny so much is that I find the basic gameplay perfectly compelling.

My go-to group isn't large enough to tackle it, but I know of a couple of Destiny clans who we could probably join up with.

As for the loot... Well, I'm hoping that was a bug or oversight of some sort. I've had no trouble with the frequency and quality of loot in the game so far; it always seems to come at just the right time to keep each drop exciting.
