Reading the RV employees line as I'm also watching Mary Kish go over old E3 stuff on a twitch vod, and now I'm wondering if Nextlander could fund that Johnny V in an RV project with some of the Patreon cash.

Exciting times.

A PAL playback speed on the Film and 40s would be the only time I'd have got any use out of such a feature, but that's becoming increasingly rare I'd need it as Amazon seems to stream at US speeds. Also now they're apparently doing a series of stuff that was just on US TV I think?

If Alfred is the bad guy, the Vikings set up the origins of the Danelaw around then.

It is a strange choice for the Assassins side, given that the earlier games tended to make Templars the 'bringing people under our order' roles... but then the religions are backwards.... and then when Alfred brings what becomes England under his rule we'd end the game with two sets of Templarish groups going at each other. Seems like the history is going to have to be extra strange.

There will be a mission about burning cakes. It is a shame were a few decades early for Cnut to be sitting on the coast ordering the sea to retreat.

Mass Effect 2 (2010).

I loved everything about the first Mass Effect game, ...

Mass Effect 2 is the exact opposite of what I wanted from a Mass Effect sequel. Gone was the tactical and strategic combat, in favor of simplistic cover-based shooting. Gone was the big open world to explore, replaced by something much smaller and more linear. In the end, the game even punished you for exploring the game-world. Gone was 90% of the customization options, reduced to mediocrity.

This was the honest answer I didn't want to give.

In a way ME was the best games series for me, but each iteration had the interesting edges beaten out and scope narrowed.

ME:A to me fit perfectly in the trajectory the series was taking so it just wasn't that disappointing, despite being the worst in the series.

ME2 was an amazing game, but the narrowing of possibilities from 1 due to the realities of the market is a big part of why I was dumb enough to let Chris Roberts to mug me in 2014. If we're accepting dumb naive illusions being shattered as 'disappointment', the Roberts scam is my second nomination.

The Grand Old Duke of Rock comes up when Vinny is doing card tricks at 1:32:00 https://www.giantbomb.com/shows/stardew-valley-04242019/2970-19044

https://us.audionetwork.com/browse/m/track/grand-old-duke-of-rock_21108

Not sure if the Duke of York gets repeated by different covers in their files but you have a straight original "Grand old Duke" Nursery rhyme sung by kids in the list already, but not The Duke of Rock version.

Only dug into this as the real Duke of York was in the news today, as I was watching the video with the music in it, for being part of Epstein's creepy island of child abuse and it creeped me out.

Edit- This post was not a "go code". It was purely a coincidence.
