Yes MS we buy all the consoles even when they suck, because we just gotta own em all. That's why we bought Ngages and PSPgo's right.

Honestly with the mounting confusion and nonsense I'm reading n hearing about One I couldn't be less interested in the machine now. Perhaps in a year when its got some good games I'll have a change of heart but they'd have to be some pretty mind blowing exclusives.

The fuck OP, that's like saying Skyrim stole designs from Dungeons and Dragons because they both feature dragons and skeleton warriors. Generic fantasy archetype designs never stray far from their core ideas. A rock monster will be a rock monster, an undead mage will be an undead mage and so on. This is hardly a matter of plagiarism, just Valves artists being a bit lazy is all.

Subscribe or don't complain about content. Those are peoples options imo. GB need a tonne of money to do what they do and continue expanding what they do. If you don't want to pay for arguably the best game-related content online then you don't really have a right to complain about its consistency lacking. Especially with how insanely cheap said subsciptions are.

I've renewed mine 3 times now and every year its the best god damn 60 bucks I've spent all year. A third of a years GB content alone exceeds that value imo, I feel like I'm getting a crazy bargain every time.

Steam locked you out? what? I've played tonnes of my steam games in offline mode countless time and I didn't have to set it, if your connection is no go it asks you "yo you wanna go to offline mode?" and you click ok and your done. If you didn't patch a game prior to this and it needs a patch to run, well, that's your fault not steams.

I don't fret over launch dates, it has always taken every console ever at least a year to have games released for it truly worth while and they're always available worldwide within a year of their first region release.

A foolish man would believe this a sign of good things but alas I fear we are seeing the end of one evil only to be faced with a far far greater one. I wouldn't be surprised if their next initiative involved selling games for 100 dollars rrp with 50% of the content behind a digital pay wall. EA will eventually be that evil.

Is it really so hard/wrong for games to just make up their own guns? even realistic ones? I never understood why anyone gave a crap about weapons in games looking like the real thing. Better to be more creative.

I haven't bought a full priced retail game in aus for years. Thank god for steam and online stores. For my fellow aussies I highly recommend GameLane.com.au, been ordering from them for ages now always have awesome prices sometimes half or less the price of most games in stores. They even sell steam codes, I got Bioshock Infinite for just 45 bucks.

Probably a safe bet that he walked in to a meeting, said "no more yearly asscreed because the next ones need to not suck" and 5-10 or so greedy old men all spat their drinks in unison and showed him the door.
