So, to clarify the title: are there any movies that you feel the need to watch over again because you weren't in the proper mindset the first time? As in, you weren't really feeling it at the time, but you just know that the movie is good.

For me some movies that come to mind are: Moneyball, World War Z and Benjamin Button. The fact that they are all Brad Pitt movies is pure coincidence. But yeah, I just wasn't in the mood for the pacing at the time, and in some cases my mind was just on other things. I think I would enjoy Moneyball if I watched it again though.

Yes, I got into them in 2007-2008 during the Gerstmann-gate thing as well. Except what REALLY put me over the edge to become a die hard Giant Bomb fan was the Metal Gear Solid 4 Spoilercast. (That was like mid-2008. Also go back and listen to it. It's good.)

No Gundam has ever come close to Gundam 00 for me. That one really resonated with me.

And no Macross has come close to Macross Plus. (hell yeah, Bryan Cranston.)

I just still legitimately enjoy most first and second party Nintendo games so I will always buy their consoles for that.

Most story focused games. Like Phoenix Wright.

Yes. Those first four AA games and the Zero Escape series are immensely pleasurable experiences. And to a lesser extent, the Danganronpas. I would always love to relive those again.

I realize Nintendo is publishing this game, but they are releasing it on the wrong system. As a result, this game will flop and we will never get to see another one.

This game would not have been made if not for Nintendo, said my Kamiya himself. So you should be thanking Nintendo that Bayonetta 2 even exists.

Yes. We should thank Nintendo for making another bad financial decision. It's what they're good at after all. They can still publish it on other consoles. It's not a Mario and Zelda game people only associate with Nintendo.

why the unwarranted hate towards nintendo? like ps4 and xbone this is ostensibly a console exclusive. meant to, you know, sell consoles.

True, but I'm willing to bet it won't sell very many consoles. The first one didn't sell well on the two leading consoles of the last generation. This one will sell even worse on the console the least amount of people have.

I don't understand what you're riled up about or why you're angry at Nintendo in any way for assisting the creation of a game people want.
