QLCrew is great for trying to watch all of a specific series. Here's a link for vinnyvania: http://qlcrew.com/?vid_type=vinnyvania

On mobile so I couldn't make it a hyperlink easily :(

Drew :(, I remember one time I tweeted you asking for video advice, and you actually replied to me. It was really really special to me at the time. I really appreciated your time at Giant Bomb. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this site that I love so much and for letting us enjoy your work. Good luck!

This is kinda the thing that I enjoy and look for from games most of all. There's a few that come to mind.

For singleplayer games:

N++, the movement is a bit tricky but its so precise and feels so purposeful. The whole gameplay comes from the movement mechanics, and it is really intense and compelling.

Just Cause 3, you can really get moving in this game. I don't think another game has captured the idea of flying as a human better.

The 3D Mario games are all awesome.

Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight, the movement gets better as you collect upgrades in the game, unlocking an airdash sort of move. It feels great to run around in.

Competitive multiplayer games:

TF2, the rocket jumping feels amazing, and the scout feels super fluid.

Overwatch, some characters feel awesome, but still overall a little less movement-oriented than TF2.

Super Smash Bros. Melee, surprised this wasn't mentioned. You have such incredible control of your character in this game with the techniques people use to play it competitively. Wavedashing, ledge cancelling, wavelanding, moonwalking, ledge dashing, L-cancelling, jump-cancel grabbing, aerial drifts, and tons of other stuff. It is all hard but it feels so good when you put it all together.

There's probably more but I can't think of any more of my personal favorites.

@bbalpert: I'm in a similar situation to you. I enjoy the musou franchise but have no experience with One Piece. I downloaded OPPW3 during a sale and have put about 5 hours into it. I actually really enjoyed it and would have put more time into it if other things hadn't come up. To reply to your concerns:

1. I think so. The One Piece world and story is ridiculous (and massive), and the game moves through it at a breakneck pace. It makes for an entertaining roller coaster ride. You get to see the dumb-ass character designs at a satisfying rate. I mean, don't expect to engage with the characters meaningfully, it really does move through things fast, but there is fun to be had just getting the story beats and seeing where things go. The gameplay is a bit faster than the average musou game because of the ability to cancel out of your attack animations with a dash. I really enjoyed this change, it made the gameplay fun and kinetic. So I think the gameplay does hold up in between the story moments to keep things entertaining.

2. I only played 5 hours so I didn't get deep into the story, but yeah I think its going to spoil things. The game doesn't really pull any punches when it comes to dolling out the One Piece story, and it rushes through doing so. If you really want to enjoy everything about One Piece, this game will extol it to you in a probably less-than-best way. For me, One Piece is f-ing huge and the pace this game moves through the story was satisfying and appropriate. However, you aren't going to get the best One Piece experience from this game. That said I think you could go through reading/watching One Piece after playing this game and still get a lot out of it. Reading/watching afterwards will elaborate on the story you've minimally engaged with.

One last point is that I think the game doesn't cover the most recent (and apparently massive) story arc of the manga. So if you are planning to follow through with One Piece, this game wont spoil everything.

I'm 20 and I had my 6 wisdom teeth removed just before Christmas. I'm pretty well recovered now but it was extremely painful and frustrating for about two weeks. I think everyone is different with the pain thing. Some people here clearly had no need for pain meds, whereas for the first week I was taking the maximum number of painkillers I was allowed and still struggled with pain. I think I'm kind of a wimp though. When my mom got hers out she went back to work that same day and was fine.

Man I really liked Fez, and was so excited for Fez 2. I don't understand how harassing someone is ever worth it. It sucks that harassment is something people who want to enter the games industry have to think about. I wonder what gets into people for them to think that it is okay? Though, humans being violent and hostile is much larger discussion. Thanks for the write up guys, you have our support.

Everyone's body is different and responds differently to training, there is no single path for everyone to their desired goal. Perhaps you should look around a bit more at techniques?

For instance, while of course calories in versus calories out is the core of weight loss, have you ever heard of intermittent fasting?

Basically what it is: You stay at your normal weightloss calorie level, but instead of eating whenever throughout the day you restrict yourself to an 8 hour eating window. Something like 10AM - 6PM. Of course you can drink water outside the window, its just to restrict your calorie intake. Window sizes and times of day vary based on personal preference, but 8 hours is usually a good starting point. It helps with weight loss, as for the long periods of time when you are not eating your body is burning weight. It takes the will to do it though, its not easy, and you probably shouldn't unless you fully convince yourself you want to do it. I've tried it before but I unfortunately had to stop before I saw any results, I learned get massive headaches if I don't eat for long periods of time. My cousin though has seen definite fast weight loss results using intermittent fasting, I have seen them first hand. You keep doing your regular workouts and such as usual during it obviously.

If you've reached a plateau there's no harm in exploring other options, and I know intermittent fasting is a good one. It is fairly tough, but after a while it becomes completely normal and you get used to it. (Unless headaches set in like me.) It sounds like one of those dumb health trends that is all hand wavey, but its serious stuff. If you're looking for new approaches, at least try reading up on it. Here's some links for info:

A Beginners Guide to Intermittent Fasting

These guys have really good info and are pretty funny, try looking at some of their earlier vids: Fasting Twins

This is really really good! Incredible job capturing the essence of each game in such a brief time. It looks/sounds great.
