You see Isaac Clarkes face at the beginning (or was it the end... I think it was the beginning) of Dead Space.

MasterOfPenguins_Zell Is correct. At the beginning of the game you have control over the camera and you can rotate it round to look at Issac. I spent the entire time looking at his face, he's a bald generic space marine like person.
