I seriously FUCKING hate the people who do this. They haven't got a single ounce of talent in writing reviews and blogs are probably the ones who flunked the school and went into depression and thought hey my life is wasted why not I go and spoil other's internet lives.

FUCKING LAME!
I feel for you man because your Crisis Core review was AMAZING. It made me want to play that game and not all reviews make me feel like that.

While it's definitely good to hear that the PS3 owners will be getting the game along with everyone now, but I really can't understand what is the need for multiplayer to be included in BioShock 2. I think 2K Marin are falling under the pressure from the complaints of few that the first had little value due to no multiplayer.

I think it's lame and BioShock was awesome as a single-player game and I think it should remain as such without experimenting too much. Co-op would be fine though.

I was born a decade after Intellivision happened so I didn't really get to play any of the games which is a real pity since some of them sound really interesting and fun to play.

I did a quick recap of your list and it was impressive to me. I wasted a lot of time of my life over Counter-Strike as well. Still do sometimes. Crysis wasn't the best FPS I ever played but still the creativity from Far Cry and the powers of the nanosuit are like as you said...EPIC WIN! ;)

I haven't been so active on GB recently as well which kinda makes me feel guilty because I love the reviewing staff here and many of my old GS friends moved onto here (call them rebels!).

So far,RE5 is enjoyable yeah. I know you gave my GS comment a thumbs down (I shall extract my revenge for that Kill Bill-style :P ) but I just didn't find it as progressive as RE4. Maybe I had expected too much out of it. Nonetheless, I think RE5 in comparison to RE4 seems to me like what CoD5 World at War was to CoD4. Similar and less progressive but enjoyable nonetheless.

Nice to see Celes back again here.

I haven't gotten into the Fire Emblem series but I am interested in getting it someday as strategy-RPGs are interesting to play now and then.

Here in India much has been talked about Slumdog and how it represents our country in a negative light (by selling "poverty" for Oscars). That's humbug and all as the movie was an entertaining watch and finally drove home a very humane message to it's viewers.

I can call it the best movie of 2008 to come out from Hollywood but not something that deserved to get so much attention worldwide . I dunno....maybe it's because I've seen too many movies that have similar elements as Slumdog (underdog victory,never-say-die human spirit, and that "feel good" factor) too many times in the movies made here to feel anything "emotional" about any part of Slumdog.
I think it did so well as Oscars mainly since...
1. The Academy are suckers for movies based on human spirit and human rights. Slumdog falls into one of these categories.
2. The kind of movies like Slumdog Millionaire are still a novelty in the West.

The trailer was mostly the usual stuff. Fast action, random gunfights, more chases etc. But the in-game battle system footage was definitely the highlight of the trailer. It looks quite different than it did way back in E3 06. There is no mini-map at the bottom and it now resembles more to Crisis Core (battle-system-wise) which isn't a bad thing at all.

Nomura has actually gone ahead and created some unique "non-JRPGish" type of characters for this game so here's hoping this will be another memorable main Final Fantasy.

Not much of a surprise that Mass Effect is making it's multiplatform move. Many big franchises already have done so and they've sold better than they would have as an exclusive,so no surprises there.I am not angry at EA despite seeing a 360 exclusive going away as they did what they had to do.

Too bad Dragon Age on PC is getting delayed. Was looking forward to it.
