Actually, one of my friends got his PSP the other week. He hasn't been charged anything. They won't ask for any credit card number. You just pay the shipping, or you could pay that with the points you earn at the site...  
But really, why would it be a scam when everyone involved profits from it?

I might agree if I could understand Japanese. Hard to tell if the acting is any good because I have no idea how the Japanese language works.   Something to be said also for not having to read subs! The Japanese audio on DBZ for example is better, but it's a fuckin pain having to read the subs when you're trying to pay attention to what's going on on-screen. The English audio isn't really that bad either. "

Please just add the japanese voices, I don't care if it gets delayed ;_;
