If DLCs count as well i take Old World Blues DLC for NV as my favorite. The Characters and the hidden secrets are very funny. Of course it is just a DLC and not as long as the maingame but I had the most fun in it. If you don't want DLCs I'd take Fallout 3. And don't know specifically why but something in my head says that it was better.
