You don't need a "$3000 computer" to play most games well.

As far as the DLC civ's go they are fun to play but I'd say wait for the winter sale to buy them up cheap.

You shouldn't dismiss the Back Scratcher it's a good melee weapon. Also this is not bad when you use it
