I was really sour on the Dark Souls series when I first tried to play them, but those games grew on me and eventually became some of my favorite games.

That new doom game is very theraputic

But seriously though if he gets that riled up over video games you should seek some psychiatric advice.

If you own Skyrim on the PC there are a couple of necromancy mods that make being a necromancer quite interesting. Like this one I haven't played with it, but it seems like it would improve the necromancy experience.
