/w achievement to get invite

I'm annoyed with people wanting to see achievement before invites in WoW. Since when is this a display of skill? How are we supposed to get the achievement if we dont get any invites. It is a viscious circle that I truly hate. As much as i love achievements in WoW they are also a burden when wanting to see the end game content of this fabulous game.
