The metagame's too "arty" for Jeff. If I had my pick of the whole internet I'd say Tim Rogers could make the Metagame very very interesting.

It has to be Jeff. He was crazy good at that game about making connections between two video game objects he and Ryan played during How to Build a Bomb and based on that I think he's just unbeatable at a game like this.

Tim Rogers knows how to articulate the hell out of a game, but given his penchant for ten-plus-page editorials, I'm not sure he'd be good at conciseness, given the game's two-minute time limit and all. He's good about having a point, but certainly prefers taking his time actually getting to it in his writing.

Jeff seems extremely good at getting his point accross, so I am going with Jeff. On the other hand, you can't beat Vinny in what could basically boil down to a popularity contest, but that's cheating. Vinny vs Jeff would be an interesting one.

In order for Jeff or any of those guys to articulate a point, they have to care about the question and the game. This isn't "who is generally better at making a good point" its "who is generally better at making a good point even with a dumb question paired with a dumb game".
