What kind of issue are you running into?: Audio stuttering when pushing video to Chromecast

Any specific videos where it’s occurring?: Recently on Game Tapes 06, but have seen it on many others

Browser where issues are occurring (have you tried another one?): Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94

Are the issues the same in incognito mode or when you disable extensions?: Yes and yes

If not, what extensions are you running?: n/a

Have you tried switching from HTML5 to Progressive streaming? Did this help your issue?: Yes, both modes have audio stuttering

Have you tried switching from Auto quality to one of the other options? Did this help?: Yes, High, Low, and Auto all stutter.
