So I decided to jump back into Sea of Thieves and give the game ago, see what's been added and see what's been changed. Well my experience was miserable to say the least. Okay, I know as a mainly solo player this game probably isn't for me at all but jumping in and starting up I was attacked and killed three times in a row at the starting island. Frustrated I decided to exit and wait for another time. A day later I jumped back in and it happened all over again as I was learning the ropes again and starting a simple delivery voyage only to be killed, then respawn and be killed again twice over.
My question is simple, is the game meant to be this way? If so why make it so bloody awful for new players or returning players to jump back in only to quit in frustration before of constant death. I can't even see the new content (if any) they've added because I couldn't get off the starting island? Am I just not understanding some basic mechanic here or something?
Would genuinely like to know as honestly, that was not a pleasant gaming experience. Thanks.
IGN are reporting that a leak suggest that Blizzard are set to announce Overwatch 2 at Blizzcon 2019. Includes new maps, extended co-op features, new abilities for heroes as well as a new hero. There's a few leaked shots showing off Tracer's new abilities.
Thanks everyone for the advice. At the moment I'm still ensure. I looked towards the Pro for the best performance possible from PS4 exclusives and the likes of Red Dead 2 not available on PC. I have noticed how much the base PS4 struggles these days and even Digital Foundry recommend the Pro over the base for 1080p these days.
So my launch PS4 isn't doing all that well these days and with some games struggling on the base PS4 I've been thinking about upgrading to a Pro recently for a better experience with the likes of Red Dead Redemption 2 and other titles. Now I don't own a 4KTV so I'd be gaming at 1080p and have heard some positives regarding the benefits of using a PS4 Pro at 1080p. Thing is I wanted to know how others have got on with upgrading to a PS4 Pro and if it was worth it?
Want some genuine opinions. I had considered the Xbox One X, but a lot of their exclusives are hitting PC and I already have a decent gaming computer so I'm not sure it'd be worth it whereas PS4 as a lot of exclusives still.
As someone whose sick to death of Marvel/Disney's generic superhero movies, this was an absolute breath of fresh air. Some lovely visuals, great soundtrack and featuring some great touches, it's given me faith in superhero movies again.
Genuinely wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did.
