I admittedly found it in an attempt to find the Battlefield 2 theme on iTunes. Clicked on the preview and thought "That doesn't sound quite right. Oh, it's an orchestral rendition!"
I've heard a lot about Advent Rising, particularly that the music was outstanding and the rest was ok. The premise seemed pretty cool though.
Vaguely recall Orson Scott Card getting a bit of bad press in the gaming community surrounding supposed homophobia around the release of Shadow Complex. Might be a tricky stigma to rid himself of, but people have overcome worse.
Got slightly freaked out by the Oregon Trail Quick Look playing in the background whilst looking for this picture, in which Ryan seemingly spontaneously said "Winter is coming..."
Started playing online last night (Xbox 360), and I kept getting matched up with the same player. Not really that much of a problem, it created a bit of continuity between my fights, but I think he may have been annoyed by my Mokujinning.
Are there any Australian Tekken 6 players? What times are best for being matched with locals with moderate/good connection speeds?
I got my DSi yesterday (Australia ftw). The pricing and titles are the same as the European releases. The two 200 point games are really simple, not even using the touch screen. They are fun little time-wasters though. I haven't tried WarioWare yet though, I haven't been in good enough light yet.
The browser seems a lot like the Wii Browser, except that you have a zoomed out view on one screen and a zoomed in on the other (you can switch which is which).
Starting to wish I'd actually bought games for my Lite now, as they'll be what make the DSi fun. Looks like the sister will be getting that one.
[EDIT] Oh, and Pyoro is the same as Bird and Bean.
Has anyone sent them V energy drinks yet? (A New Zealand-based energy drink). If not, how much would it cost to send it? (I think Australia's the closest they are manufactured.)
