Yes it is but I'll still feed the machine with my money. Might even purchase whatever preorder dlcs they release after it ships. Bet its all on the disc too.

If I was in that situation I'd pick the fallouts. Tried Deus Ex and it looked pretty bad. Then again I haven't tried fallout 1 n 2 in years. I say flip a coin.
