Project Wingman. It's basically Ace Combat made by a couple doods from Australia. Considering how well made it is I'm surprised it hasn't gotten more attention.

Other than Quicklooks and Bombcasts?

Yeah, turn based tactics. Characters level up and gain skills, equip shit. The translation is a bit iffy but not impenetrable. Basically tactics, RPG, highly customizable character setups, get materials/break down equipment to craft more equipment. Never seen anything like it.

Has anyone else played this this Korean X-Com/FF Tactics-like game on PC?
