Do you have V-sync disabled? For some reason the physics are tied to it, without it it wreaks havoc - sending things flying about and jittering all over the place.
 
When I was running with it disabled, opening a door or display panel (anything with moving geometry), it would literally send every loose physics object in the room exploding about, regardless of where their collision boxes ought to be.

On the other hand Bethesda has been using the same engine since Morrowind (And possibly earlier?) so you would think they would have ironed out issues like this.

If Saints Row 3 gets GOTY I'll be shocked, seeing as Skyrim seemed like such a safe pick.
 
That said, SR3 is fucking incredible, so I wouldn't be upset if it won, even if Skyrim is my personal GOTY.

Don't need any art accoutrements to get that done.

I love the aesthetics of it, but it was a pain to use with a mouse, mostly due to the cursor and selection lag.

However since I prefer to use a controller for it, it's a non-issue for me. And I find it's a great UI for a controller.

You would be surprised at the attitude of some internet sales people. I can name you 4 e-bay sellers from the top of my head that sound EXACTLY like this guy. Yeah i bet he's lying about half the things he is spouting. sadly internet creeps like him exist and that is the sad as fuck state internet animosity gets people into.

I guess I've just been lucky then. All my ebay experiences have been positive (mostly very much so), and customer service has been much the same, apart from dealings with my ISP.

The guy certainly does have a terrible case of unwarranted self importance.

Sure the Dave guy went a bit over the top, but considering how idiotic the get from oceans was being I can't say I blame him, I would have done the same (just taken the time to spell check things)

Like Dave said It's sort of a shame this guy is such a complete douchebag, the controller looks really fascinating, I have a friend from my school days that suffered from some brain damage when he was younger and now has problems with fine motor control, the guy loves video games, not being able to hold a controller like an average gamer is a real detriment to him. I wouldn't want to put him through dealing with an asshole like that though. I guess all press isn't good after all.

I think Dave was perfectly justified. The ALL CAPS could come off as obnoxious, but I can see why he felt like he needed to highlight his relevant points to get through to the pig-headed ignoramus on the other end. If someone had $150 of my own money and wasn't being wholly forthcoming and professional, I'd be incredibly incensed and most likely do something similar.
